I have been attending Northbridge Medical Centre since they opened and always see Dr Alex Koh. He is a brilliant and outstanding Doctor and never guesses anything, plus will always refer you to a specialist if he sees the need to do so. The consultations are thorough and you never leave without your problems being thoroughly addressed and investigated. The practicing nurse is also fabulous and interested in making sure that your are comfortable and ensures the you know what injection or vaccinations are to be administered. They are a delightful practice and have recommend friends and family to the practice. Thank you for being our families health care provider.

Have been to visit Jade a few times now and feel she is listening to me and understanding my needs. She explains things in a way that makes it easier for me to acknowledge to then implement changes to my benefit. I feel these changes are helping me reach my health goals.

Brady Callander was amazing in sorting out my gut issues, bloating, brain fog and fatigue. He took the time to explain the mechanism of the gut, what I was experiencing, what I needed to do and coaching me through the process of changing my diet.His support was ongoing, with me texting Brady to give him updates. He responded with feedback and advice. A great experience and I’ve recommend Brady to family and friends.

My recent consultation with Brady was complementary and empathetic of the challenges that I am currently facing. Equally, Brady’s professionalism and commitment towards my health and wellness provides me with the motivation to follow the plan and achieve the goals.

They charge more than everywhere else ($90 for an standard appointment) and don't want to spend more than 2 minutes on each paitient. I took my soon on a Saturday early afternoon as I had the fear that he might have sore throat and he might need an antibiotics. The doctor looked at his throat for less than a second and told me he is fine and doesn't need antibiotics. 2 hours later my son had high fever and refused to eat food as if he has sore throat.

My health took a turn for the worst between 2021 - 2022. Things got so bad I had to shut down my business. Over the course of 18 months, I spent $10K+ on medical exams, time with specialists, etc. All in all, I consulted with close to 15 specialists in different fields. The result? Nobody had a clue what was wrong with me. I even had two GPs refuse to see me until I had passed a psych exam. Then I stumbled upon NatMed, who in my very first consult told me they had a hunch it might be CIRS/biotoxin illness. Turns out they were right. As of writing this, I am about 12 months into Deb's modified Shoemaker Protocol, and I'm about 75% recovered. While I've still got to complete the last phase of the program, I've got my life back... and I have full confidence that I'll get my health back, too. This has been the most challenging experience of my life. Could not recommend Jade highly enough. After being in a weight loss/stress rut for a few years, Jade was able to shed the light with clear, easy to follow instructions to finally get back on track and feeling like myself again. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful

Natmed is fantastic. The team goes out of their way to make the service accessible for everyone no matter where you’re at. Jacky is amazing and we swear by her methods. It’s really nice to have a care provider who looks at your whole health and brings it all together in a considered way. Health is wealth people!

My first consultation because of high blood pressure. Dr. Jackie Mak has been thorough on my medical history and taken time to explain to me about high blood pressure and course of diagnosis and treatment. Definitely will come for a follow up consultation.

I took my 3yr old son to see a Dr here on the recommendation of someone, never before have I had a Dr be so condescending and rude, never again!!!!
